Catawba River now Hatchery-Supported Trout Waters

When the new regulations for the 2004-2005 fishing season take effect on July 1, four new waters will be designated as Public Mountain Trout Waters and further classified as Hatchery-Supported Trout Waters:

	Catawba River in Burke County – the portion of the river from Muddy Creek to the City of Morganton water intake dam
	Cane Creek in Henderson County – the section from SR 1551 bridge to the US 25 bridge
	Clear Creek in Henderson County – the section from SR 1591 bridge at Jack Mountain Lane to SR 1572
	Catawba River in McDowell County – the section from Catawba Falls Campground to Old Fort Recreation Park
