The ladies with Old Fort's Home Extension organization have planned their 19th community meal benefiting the Old Fort Elementary School Library and the Old Fort Public Library. Each year they have donated $500 to each library and remaining proceeds go to community resources providing home heating assistance and aid to local rescue shelters. Chicken 'n' Dumplin's Dinner at the Old Fort Depot from 11:00 AM - 7 PM, Friday, March 25. Dinners include, Chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, cabbage, pinto beans, cornbread, tea and cake for $6.00 per plate. We'll deliver to businesses in Old Fort Take out is available.
