Pioneer Day Last weekend in April A festival celebrating the pioneer heritage with arts, crafts, entertainment and food, held at the Gateway Museum in town. Watch a slide show of the 2007 Festival muskets--The Circuit Rider--Log Finishing for cabins--Making Colonial Era tools--Weaving in the cabin--Spinning Wheel. There is so much more with Boy Scout exhibitions, craft vendors, food vendors and just plain down to earth good folks to talk to. Make sure to visit this event every year on the last weekend in April.
