Directions to Old Fort are very easy, we sit at the base of the Continental Divide just of Interstate 40.

Old Fort is located just off I-40, between Black Mountain and Marion North Carolina.

Coming from Asheville, NC take exit 72, this will take you to the center of town. You can park on Main Street or turn right at the traffic light and make an immediate left before the railroad tracks there is additional parking there. Town Hall is across the street on Catawba Ave.

Coming from the East take exit 73, at the bottom of the ramp turn right, cross the railroad tracks and turn right into the parking area or turn right at light and park on Main St.
